Return Window
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.
  • Products purchase on sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Sale Items & Gift Cards
All products purchased during a sale, promotional offer, or clearance are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Size Exchanges
Returns or refunds are not accepted for a change of mind or incorrect size selection. If you've ordered the wrong size, we offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability.

Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered due to an error on our end, Vorn Club will replace it with the correct item at no additional cost.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For eligible COD orders, refunds are not provided. Instead, the applicable amount will be issued as Vorn Club Store Credit, which can be used on future purchases.

After reviewing your request, our team will share the return instructions and shipping details if your return is approved.

Packaging
Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging with all original tags attached.

Send It Back
Use the provided shipping label to return your item.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Stock Availability
Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size or product. If your preferred item is unavailable, our team will assist you with suitable alternatives.

In case your pincode is non-serviceable by our delivery partners and you need to ship the product back manually, no additional charges are payable to us.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Report an Issue
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact Vorn Club within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp.

Proof Required
Please include an unboxing video and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Eligible Items
Sale items, promotional products, and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued as Vorn Club Store Credit, valid for 1 year, within 10 business days. A ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted where applicable.

Important
Refund processing may take longer during weekends or public holidays. Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are non-refundable.
